Colossians 2v8~

W.O.W.!!

You really 'paint with a broad brush'!

Would you care to tell us if you live in a city, that is in your words", filthy demoralizing life suckers"~ or in a Red State?

I live in an extremely remote area, rural in the forrest. There are many gay, lesbian, transgender And other variations of people /couples in remote locations. I know this because many are My community commrads. They got weary of being abused and mistreated and have retreated. All my gay, lesbian, transgender And other variations of people have proved to be honorable and decent neighbors.

I'm wondering if some homosextuals differenciate between homosexual sin and other sins, by insisting that they have the "right" to have intimacy with another person. I'd like to ask them: "what about the fact that there are more women then men if EVERY human has the right to have intimacy with someone? What about the fact that for some people, such a union results in spousal abuse?"

Not everyone is married - there are plenty of single people; some of whom desperately want to get married. What about them? Before I got saved, I was trying to get my boyfriend to fill the position that only God could fill. After I got saved, I found that God was MUCH MORE than I had imagined Him to be when I was an Adventist and my need to have intimacy with another human dropped a whole lot!

People NEED God and if they find Him, they'll find their craving wasn't so much for human intimacy but for intimacy with God. Meanwhile they try to fill their need for God with homosexuality, adultery, drink, drugs and anything else they can get ahold of to fill that "God-shaped void" that I've heard it referred to. Unfortunately people in cults already have their souls blocked to God because of their religion, because of their belief that their salvation is partly up to them, so it takes a real miracle for them to get saved.

The denomination i attend accepts diversity and acknowledges many types Of people exist. Some things are personal between The individual And our Creator. Frankky, the personal behavior of anyone else, unless it's something such as whacking old people and little. kids around, jusly,t isn't anyway of My business.

Punababe808, perhaps not, but 1st Corinthians 5:1-6 says; quote:
"It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that is not tolerated even among pagans, for a man has his father's wife. And you are arrogant! Ought you not rather to mourn? Let him who has done this be removed from among you.
For though absent in body, I am present in spirit; and as if present, I have already pronounced judgment on the one who did such a thing. When you are assembled in the name of the Lord Jesus and my spirit is present, with the power of our Lord Jesus, you are to deliver this man to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord.
Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump?"

deals with homosexuality, here is a link...

You all should go to the link above. Here is a small quote: "The Queen James Bible seeks to resolve interpretive ambiguity in the Bible as it pertains to homosexuality: We edited those eight verses in a way that makes homophobic interpretations impossible."

You know, we could all "use" a Bible edited to adjust for our particular fleshly desires. Sigh.

If we really love as God loves, then we have to be committed to His word and learn to submit ourselves and to help our brothers and sisters who are also inside "mortal tents" how to trust Jesus and submit to Him with their weaknesses of the flesh.

We are all in the same boat: condemned sinners who are saved by grace through Jesus' blood when we believe. How dare any of us alter His word to ease the difficulty of the truth? It makes my heart ache for all those who are being deprived of truth and reality for the sake of short-sighted placating...

This Gay film, just like the Queen James Bible, is an instrument to help increase the Babylonian confusion inside the already fragmented "Christian" community. True spiritual followers of Christ need to step out of Babylon by not taking part in the spiritual prostitution going on around these cults and sects. We just don't want to end up drinking from the cup of wrath. Paul says in Galatians that we are not free to sin but free from it.

"You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love." (Galatians 5:13)

We are not supposed to condemn homosexuals but we cannot promote or celebrate the sinful condition either.
