Has anyone ever heard of this website: www.theloudcry.com. I'm not sure how I stumbled upon it but it seems it would be very informative to former seventh-day adventists. And don't ask me how I am coming upon these sites. But I present it to you guys and you decide. I am finding interesting and enlightening and helpful as well.

I recognize a picture of the pastor from Amazing Facts, Doug Batchelor.
I searched it some more and am not sure. It looks to be Biblical.

Alison1~

You peeked my interest! I clicked on the link you provided and read some of the material~

Then I searched a little more because I wanted to find out about the owner of the site, David M. Curtis. Have you read his personal testimony?

Here is the link I used http://loudcry.org/sda/my-reasons

I think this is of particular interest~

Thank you mj ~ this was a heartening testimony-I especially had compassion for the physical reactions he experienced when realizing the truth about adventism- being delivered from lies is gut wrenching and I still have a physical reaction to the spoken Adventist lies--his insight about cults first hand was interesting- amazing how much you can "know" and still not see until our loving Father lifts the veil and applies the healing salve to our eyes... Praising him for this brother's healing....

This was one of the very first websites I "happened" upon on my journey out of Adventism about a year ago! (I even had it bookmarked on my computer.) I was particularly blessed by his personal testimony. It made quite an impact on me and helped encourage me to face the terrifying reality that what I had always accepted as truth was actually a horrific lie!! At the time I read most of the website. Although I can't vouch for every single word (as I haven't read the entire site), David Curtis has done A LOT of research and there is a ton of information there, which is very helpful. His testimony is powerful. I remember being so stunned, especially because he was an historic SDA working for an independent ministry. I didn't think that catagory of SDAs ever left the church! ;-)

Yes, "michaelsavedbygrace" ;), was just "out" of Adventism when he frequented this forum. Good for him and very informative!

And like all of us, it appears that the longer he is out, the more clearly he understands the new covenant. Adventism reveals itself as a very dark, very dangerous deception the longer one is out of it.

We officially wrote our resignation letter almost 14 years ago. Instead of Adventism "normalizing" into a distant background noise, the longer we are out the more dark it looks. It is not just a collection of misguided Bible interpretations. It is a complex and seamlessly woven veil of deception that is much more sinister than it appears to be when one first learns that Jesus is our new covenant Sabbath rest!

It is a miracle when anyone leaves Adventism and embraces the Lord Jesus. He is faithful!
