A friend sent me a link to this FREE Christ-Centered Bible Study.

A few months back I was made aware of having a God-centered worldview vs a Man-centered worldview in how we approach & interpret scriptures, & bible stories (for children for example). Then I came across some podcasts on reading the Bible with a "Jesus lens".

Jesus took his disciples through Moses & the prophets, explaining what all the scriptures said about himself. (Luke 24:27)
Reading the Bible with this focus changed everything for me. I took John 5:26 to heart & asked "What does this teach or show me about Jesus & the plan of salvation?" as I read through the entire Bible.

It is so interesting to have things just open up when Jesus becomes our focus, as He is THE focus of the Bible.

I hope you will treat yourself to this free book!

What a wonderful discovery, 1John! My entire frame of reference and sense of reality changed when I began having a God-centered worldview instead of man-centered. It's amazing how thoroughly we were taught that God would go so far as to limit Himself and His power in order to retain our free will. In reality, He brings us into His story for His glory.
