The book is here. We recently received a copy of the new book, Hard Questions for The Bible Answer Man, subtitled "Hank Hanegraaff and his takeover of the Christian Research Institute."

It's researched and documented, and it's quite detailed. Written by Jay Howard who has been a researcher of the cults and the occult sin 1975, it's published by the Religious Research Project, Logan, Ohio, and the ISBN number is 978-0-615-31167-8.

Richard has read it and I've started it. It addresses Hanegraaff's presidency of CRI, the staff firings of 1989-95, the misuse of CRI funds, the "lost mail fraud letter, 2005", plagiarism, and more.

Those who have had questions about Hank will be interested in this book.

Wow

I actually turned on Oneplace .com and started listening to his question and answer session and came over to the FAF.

I met him a while back and He was instrumental in my leaving the Name it claim it movement after I left the SDA church (talk about my being a confused young man)

The money issues (several minute per each broadcast) has been a turn off. I will have to do some research

Colleen, didn't Paul work with Hank for a while after Walter Martin?

I'm not sure for how long. Paul requested Hank to allow the embryonic CRI office in Russia to go to his new ministry, CFAR, shortly after Hank took over the presidency. Hank let it go. Paul did not work for long for CRI after Hank became president.

ohh ouch. I have appreciated some of his research also - esp. in regard to the Word of Faith stuff. Doesn't matter how much good you do - if you are in it for yourself and not God. Sad if true.

Enoch - you aren't the only one who got derailed after leaving.. we were so proud we didn't believe that stuff.. while we were in the middle of something equally as bad.. =)
