Toria,
I can only imagine what you are going through. I am so glad you know Jesus Christ and trust Him implicitly.
Father in Heaven, I thank you for Jesus who made it possible for us to come to you directly. I bring Toria to you at this time. Continue giving her the strength, peace of mind and heart as she continues down this road. Hold her in your AWESOME arms and let her know that You are with her all the time. You will never leave her or forsake her as you say in Heb 13:4.
Will continue to pray for you Toria. You are my sister and I love you very much.

Dear Toria,

Thanks for keeping us posted. Your are such a blessing to me! In the midst of a lot of really hard stuff, you remain focused on Jesus and tell how he is keeping your heart and mind stayed on Him. What an encouragement you are to us!

I pray that Jesus will continue to hold you tightly and fill you continually with the Holy Spirit. I'm asking Jesus to take away your pain and give you supernatural physical, emotional and spiritual strength. I pray that God will replace your bone marrow and make it everything it needs to be. Most importantly, I'm praying that God will use you mightily and that your illness will bring many to a saving faith in Jesus.

Just a reminder...There will be no cancer, pain and separation from loved ones in heaven - and we'll be there forever with Jesus.

Like Lori, I so wish you were closer!

I pray for you every day...

Joyfulheart

Guys'
I do not quite know what to say. I am humbled by your thoughts/prayers for me.
I am ok. This battle has been going on for more than 6 years. I have faced my fears and, with the help of God, gotten to a place where I have peace.
When I have 'difficult' days, I remember He has promised not to give us more than we can bear. That He will never leave us nor forsake us. So...knowing He is with me in this gives me the courage to face what each day brings.

Not all my days are difficult. I appreciate things so much more than I did before the cancer. I have helped my grandsons build a fort out of cardboard and 'stuff' in the living room, and to heck with the mess we created; I notice the love in the eyes of my dogs when they crowd too close to me trying to give me comfort; Trying to teach my husband to cook created some funny moments.
Little things....
I have also felt the need to take an honest look at my life. That was not so easy. I have contacted some people to ask for forgivness, and in some cases to offer forgivness. I think some of the peace I feel comes from that.

Anyway....you all know what I mean.
I really, really, appreciate your prayers, but please do not worry for me.
I love you all!

Blessings,
Toria

Praying, Gfrankie.

I also want to request prayer for Joanie Yorba-Gray. She does our Spanish translation and has lived with HIV for twenty years. This week she was referred to a cardiologist for what appears to be a very serious cardiac disorder related to her HIV.

She's very weary and is still in shock from this new diagnosis. She is a giant of faith, but she's facing a large and difficult crisis. Please pray for her. Thank you.

Please, I want to request prayers for a friend... She just contacted me on Messenger, telling me about one friend of hers that might be exposed to real danger and even might die.

It seems he was into gangs, and thanks to the support from my friend he decided to leave that world. He had to travel to other city to be safe, but now he has to go back to his home town due to some problem. If the gang find him, they would attempt to kill him.

So, you can imagine that she's feeling horrible, because she can not be with him in, what they suppose, might be his last week.

I tried to help in the only way I can... Giving support and telling her that God is more powerful than any gang and He can protect him in any way... But as you can imagine it's always hard.

She's a SDA, and I just told her (without giving details, because it was not a proper time either. I'll tell her later.) that lately I have been going through this situation where I can feel Jesus mucho more real than never before. I know He can do anything.

So, I would love if you could pray for my friend and her friend. It's a really tough situation.

Praying right now Martin. God knows the plans He has for your friend, and for her friend. I'm praying that He will take them both in His hands.

Blessings,

Mary

Martin,
I am praying for God to wrap his loving arms around them both and keep the friend safe while he is back home dealing with his problem and put a veil over the gang members so they do not see him.
Gail
