Not sure if anyone already mentioned this. But I was listening to Wretched Radio (former Way of the Master Radio) with Todd Friel, pretty good program. I podcast it and listen to it on my way to work and home. Well June 11 episode mentioned Colleen. A listener called in to ask Todd about the SDA church and their teachings. Todd brought up Colleen mentioning that she sent in info about the SDA church. He went through a comparison of the SDA doctrine and Orthodox Christianity. Awsome, i was considering sending in some info to Wretched Radio. Great job Colleen, Praise the Lord!

here is the link to listen

Goodness--I'll have to listen to this. I do not remember doing that...but praise God Todd got the info! (Sometimes, though, we do email people, and I don't always remember who contacted us...)

I'll check it out...

This is great that the word is getting out about SDAs, even if it's from The Way of the Master people. When I first came across their site, I had to do a double-take to make sure they weren't Adventists. Some of their tactics (check out their tracts) and language seem the same...
They push the 10 commandments heavily and I wonder if they've heard of the new covenant. :-)

If someone has a different take on them, I'd love to hear it...it could just be oversensitivity because of what I've seen in Adventism.

Actually they use the 10 to point out our sin. They use it as test on people to have their conscience convict them, and by their own admission state they arr guilty of breaking God's standard. I have never heard them say that we must now keep the 10 commanments, only repent, confess and fully in Jesus to save.

HuH! I remember the week long arugument we had, what was it? About a year and a half ago?

It was me against the whole durn forum. Nobody ever did get the idea behind how they witness.

Mention using the ten commandments as a witness tool around here and everybody goes off the deep end.

Watch yourself Paul, you might get dog piled. Ha!

Wow. I've read that chart before, but it sure was different to hear it read by someone else who appears passionate about the gospel. Well done, Colleen!

More exposure via Wretched Radio----Only on the Wretched TV version this time and a significant time portion (about 5 minutes) at the end of episode 504.

You can access it on this link but you have to join the “Wretched Club” (literally and figuratively) via a monthly donation to access the actual broadcast.

The segue to the short discussion of Colleens points in the PDF comparison of SDA and Evangelical Christian beliefs was the word of the day - something called Eutychianism…….

Todd Friel, the host, covered points on the nature of Jesus, the trinity, the incomplete atonement, Ellen White and salvation….

As he closed the broadcast, Todd summed it all by saying….”all the other religions besides Biblical Christianity are the religion of DO…….Biblical Christianity is the religion of DONE - Saved by Grace alone…thru faith alone…..in Jesus Christ alone….
