I know—we're dreadfully late—but the March/April Proclamation is now online and in the mail. My mom's heart surgery and the following complications, re-hospitalization, and putting her into a rehab facility to regain her strength (she's improving noticeably, BTW) have consumed our time right when we were supposed to be getting the magazine out. We apologize.

But here it is! http://www.lifeassuranceministries.org/proclamation/2009/2/index.html

No apology needed, Colleen. Your Mother came first and we understand that.

Colleen,
There is no apology necessary as family comes first. I am glad to hear your mom is on the mend. I am still praying for her.

Colleen,

I didn't know your mother was ill. This makes your effort in this ministry a lot more valuable. Thank you so much for your effort, time, dedication, and faithfulness. I'm glad your mother is doing better, and I pray for her health and yours.

Hey Steve,

Long time, no see! You're the Steve that caused that person to want to go buy a copy of The Clear Word, right? Just kidding, hehe! Is it just me, or are the letters this time more "dark" than ever before?

By the way, Steve, I just want to let you know that your heartfelt defense of this ministry was much appreciated (you know what I'm referring to). Thank you.

Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

Yep. Go buy them clear wurdz. (I love the letters section of Proclamation! Party On, Garth! Party On, Wayne!)

Hopefully, I'll have a graphic associated with my name this time, and then I should finally be up and running. (My computer has been down for a while and I'm no longer using Windows, I'm running on the Linux OS, but there are so many programs that I can't use as before it's kinda frustrating.)

(BTW, Thanks for the confidence in my defense elsewhere. It may seem mean on some levels, but I care very much about my brothers and sisters who are struggling with base heresy as found in SDAism.)

Hopefully, I'll be back around more and posting when I have something useful to say.

In Him,

Steve

You can be frustrated with Linux or frustrated with Winders, pick yer poison.

Ditto on the letters section.

Jeremy, it wasn't just you. The letters to the editor were very troubling. I keep thinking--are there people like that in every Christian church? Or are these letters another sign of a cult?
