River, if you send me an email (to remind me), I'll send you back a way to call Dale. He and Carolyn left this morning to start their drive to Oregon. You'll totally enjoy their presentations!

Colleen, I have not kept up to date on here as I was out of town and wanted to spend time with my family.
Thanks for all the updates. I am sure God is using each of you in a mighty way.
God, be with this tour of encouragement. Bless each person that goes. May each one want to know Jesus. For each minister that goes teach them how to work with SDAs. Thank you God. You are so awesome.

I just got a phone call from Carolyn updating us a bit on the reactions to the meetings at Auburn. She said the head pastor and associate pastors came to Dale and thanked him profusely for sharing the information he gave. They learned a lot, and they were grateful for the meetings.

One more development—Richard and I will likely fly out to join Dale and Carolyn at Huntsville, Alabama, for the August 4, 5 meetings. It seems the head pastor at the church hosting the Huntsville meetings spent the weekend reading Dale's books, and he is on fire. He's planning a large public advertising campaign in the area.

I continue to pray that God will expose and break the spirit of Adventism and lead people out of bondage into Jesus and protect others from being sucked in. God is faithful.

Well, on to Roseburg,

I'm about ready to shut this computer down and head out the door. Jan and I will spend the night in Milwaukie Oregon and spend time with my SDA cousins and my mother's last surviving sister.

Then on Friday, the plan is to find River and whoever else has made it to Roseburg.

I don't have one of them thar portable computers so you'all won't hear from me for a week. The plan is to have a little R&R on the coast before coming home.

So, whoever is there...see you soon.

Safe travels to you Phil and all that are going to Roseburg!

We are continuing to pray that God will again glorify Himself; Evangelicals will be educated and have a heart turned towards helping Adventists; Formers to be encouraged; And transitioning Adventists to be moved.

Praise Him!!

I keep praying that the Lord bless this meetings and many people can come to the truth. Hmm, that sounds like what I used to pray when I pray for SDA meetings. But, oh well, it's the only way I know how to say it.

Colleen, is there any way that these meetings, at least the main talks, can be posted on line for us to listen to? Maybe here in the Forum or in LAM Website? Or Youtube? I think that would be very useful for those of us who cannot attend. I know I would benefit from it.

God bless,

Hec

Hec, we are hoping to get some of them video taped. I think the Huntsville meetings will be recorded for sure.

Richard and I got home late this afternoon, and Dale and Carolyn are already in Oregon. So tomorrow some of you will see each other and them!

Dale's talks are really good. You will enjoy them!

Thanks, Colleen,

God will bless you for all that labor of love. The meetings that cannot be video taped, maybe they can just be audio.

Hi,
Just a quick note to those traveling here to Roseburg. The itinerary mentions the name of our church, Foundation Fellowship where the meetings are being held was formerly First Baptist Church. But the name change is so recent (2 months)that most local people still think of it as First Baptist so when asking for directions be sure to mention First Baptist (downtown at the corner of Lane & Rose St.) Or if you would like just call Merwin at 541-643-1989 for directions.

We are looking forward to seeing you there tonight and please stay in prayer as there has been some resistance to the meetings.

Good morning all,

Jan and I are in Milwaukie Oregon and as soon as breakfast is over we will be back on the road for Roseburg.

Had a very interesting visit with SDA cousins yesterday. Just so I would know what it is all about, I had 'fry-chik'. It must be an aquired taste because, well, I don't think it will appear in my menu again.

Discovered one of my cousins, who I had never met before, is another 'former' and we had our own privite visit getting to know eachother. For me, that was the highlight of the whole evening.

P.S. Didn't know hotels have guest computers to log onto (and lots of bold coffee).

Update:

Yesterday, River, Lifeanew couple and Handmaiden met with us here in Roseburg for supper. It was a wondeful time of getting aquainted. Then, we went to the meeting. It had a light turnout but Dale gave a very clear presentation. Jan says she finally understands this "Adventist" stuff.

Asuprise wasn't able to come but Handmaiden told us 'all about' her...

Jan accidently left her extra insulin at the previous motel. It's coming down here via UPS. So, this is a prayer request that it arrives ok.

We are excited about what we will learn at today's meetings.

Phil & Jan,
I am praying that your meds get to you quickly. Also praying for the meetings and that more people will attend and asking God to keep the devil and his minions at bay.
Phil, you mentioned you met an new cousin and found out he is an ex. Did you tell him about FAF and invite him to come visit?
All of you have safe trips home and Phil I don't know what you will be doing the rest of the week but stay safe and you too Jan.
God be with you all.

Got back home in one piece. Was wonderful to get together with Phil and Jan again, also to meet Bob and his Jan, what a wonderful couple!

Handmaiden made it in time to have dinner with us. Got to meet and talk with Dale in person finally and talked with Carolyn at a bit at length. Wonderful lady. Turnout was very light,so was glad I went to offer support.

Thanks for the updates, Phil and River. I'm so sorry Richard and I missed you and Handmaiden and Lifeanew. Praise God for Jan's "breakthrough"! It is SO hard to get a handle on Adventism!
