Hi Animal!

I wanted to thank you...I told your story Would You Like To Meet The King? for the children's sermon on Sunday. The kiddos listened intently. Several of their parents and grandparents came up to me afterwards to say that they were blessed.

I also told it to my granddaughter tonight. You know what she said? "I thought that other guy was Jesus dad and that Mary was His mom." Would you like try to explain that to a 5-year old? Well, when God gives it to you, you do your what He put on your plate. I believe He fills in what we miss.

Anyways, Thank You So Much -- Bless You And Keep The Stories Coming!

A Hug From God

Sometimes I think I've got it all together-
I've figured out what life is all about.
It lasts a while and then it always happens-
A curve-ball come that I can't figure out.

I struggle to find my way through all the darkness-
the more I try the harder it seems to be.
Until I reach a point of fear and desperation-
It hurts so much I fall down on my knees.

A hug from God will ease a broken heart.
A hug from God will fill your life with love.
A hug from God who is your loving father-
is always there- just look to him and pray.
Oh, God please send your loving hug my way.

The room grows quiet as tears stream down my face-
the pain inside is all taken away.
A warmth surrounds my cold and shaking body-
As God's hand wipes the tears off of my face.

A hug from God will ease a broken heart.
A hug from God will fill your life with love.
A hug from God who is your loving father-
is always there- just look to him and pray.
Oh, God please send your loving hug my way.

The Power of Hugging

Hugging accomplishes many things that you may never have thought of. It ...
feels good
dispels loneliness
overcomes fear
opens doors to feelings
builds self-esteem (WOW, SHE actually wants to hug me!)
fosters altruism (I can't believe it but I actually want to hug that old son-of-a-gun)
slows down aging (huggers stay young longer)
helps curb appetite (we eat less when we are nourished by hugs and when our arms are busy wrapped around others)

More Good Things from Hugging

eases tension
fights insomnia
keeps arms and shoulder muscles in condition
provides stretching exercise if you are short
provides stooping exercise if you are tall
offers a wholesome alternative to promiscuity
offers a healthy, safe alternative to alcohol and other drug abuse (better hugs than drugs!)
affirms physical being
is democratic (anyone is eligible for a hug)

Even More Benefits from Hugging

is ecologically sound (it does not upset the environment)
is energy-efficient (saves heat)
is portable
requires no special equipment
demands no special setting (a fine place for a hug is any place from a doorstep to an executive conference room ... from a church parlor to a football field)
makes happy days happier
imparts feelings of belonging
fills up empty places in our lives
keeps on working to dispense benefits even after the hug is released

So Animal, what do you mean, "I am ready to go home to meet the King. It won't be long now."???

Is there something you're not telling us?

Love and prayers,

Hello ladies,

No secrets here.

I AM ready to go home. Shouldnt every child of God be ready to go home?

And I firmly believe that the Coming of Christ is soon indeed. Such a thought excites the Animal greatly.

So relax ...this Animal is doing fine. I have issues like anyone else, but God supplies ALL my needs. Praise His holy name !!!!!

Are you gettin' up a load Aminal? If so do you mind if I wait for the next bus?

If you are be sure an tellum' River says he'll be along soon, but hopes to get some work in before dark, but when the sun goes down, he will toot right on up to the pearly gates and show his Jesus ID.

You can tell my Mom, My Dad and little sister
That I send them my best, I know their work is done, and to go on and take their rest.

But here the Son is still shining, for all the world to see.
There are people who needs an invite to the wedding and garments as white as fleece.

All the children are not safely tucked in
And storm clouds threaten to take the life again.

So we must work feverishly, to get the harvest in.
To bring the gospel of salvation, so many I know not where to begin.

This one and that one, who is lost on their way.
Please Lord, just a little more time, let me go and tell them, while it is yet day.

Just listened to a Rich Mullins song yesterday
Be With You..

So beautiful, and touching when you hear him sing it and realize he really is with Jesus.

Whenever the time is, long or short, it will be awesome!

Sondra....you are so right !! It will be truly awesome..would God have it any other way?

Sometimes when I have trouble sleeping(breathing problems), I sit up in my chair and try to imagine what it will be like when God parts the skies and takes His children home. It gives me peace inside me and I am more able to relax and get a good sleep. God will not disappoint us. It will be one BIG party !!! YeeeeHaaawwww !!!

Hey Animal,

Do you mind if I share a verse with you?

Proverbs 3:19 The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.
Proverbs 3:20 By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.
Proverbs 3:21 My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion:
Proverbs 3:22 So shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck.
Proverbs 3:23 Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble.
Proverbs 3:24 When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

There ya go.
