Recently I have been in touch with a fellow youtuber who also has an outreach to SDAs and evangelical & praise God he and his wife are reaching a lot of people. He shared with me that a young lady left her home and gave up everything she owns to follow a charismatic SDA/EGW follower who has started his own school-in Texas. (I may have mentioned him before but his outrageous videos can be found on youtube at www.youtube.com/user/theforerunner777). This woman left everything but when she got there she was instructed to be baptised using the SDA baptismal vows. She refused to agree that EGW displayed the spirit of prophesy and was kicked out of the school-with no money, no family and the cell phone she had (she was able to call at least once after being kicked out) is apparently now disconnected presumably do to a lack of funds.

I told my friend that I would ask ya'll for prayers for this woman-I don't know her name but she is clearly an example of what happens in the fallout of the cults

My other reason for sharing this is for those who are SDAs who may be lurking or sitting on the fence. EGW & her works are not good fruit. When you see things like Waco, Shepherds Rod and the many other offshoots the common denominator that cannot be denied is EGW. There may be some variance on what they put emphasis on but it all points back to her. I don't know where this "blueprint/forerunner" school may lead but this is yet one more example of the warnings from the Bible that false prophets would arise and that we are to test all things and hold fast to what is good

Thank you, Enoch. I'm praying now for this young woman, and I'm thankful for your clear warning. (I'm also thankful for you recent YouTube additions!)

The Forerunner school that I found on the internet is selling EGW books, and has a mailing address in MO.

Enoch, will pray for her--

FYI, I wanted to share about another cult that I've heard discussed on the forum, I think. The one in New Mexico, started by Wayne Bent, who was an SDA pastor and took some of his congregation with him, who is now in prison for "cleansing" underage girls, etc.

I never paid much attention until I saw a documentary and found out that a woman who is a graduate of one of the SDA academies in SoCal and an RN who graduated from LLU is in this cult, along with her sister. You can see her in two documentaries made by National Geographic, following "Michael Travesser" around, with absolutely blank eyes, transfixed by him. She is a classmate of a good friend of mine.

So, thank you God that this young woman got out; I pray that God puts some believers in her path to help her.

He also has an address in Georgia as well. In one of his videos he said the school is in Texas. I can't remember which city but in one of the videos ( I think it was the one where a fellow gave a "testimony" of following the vegetarian diet and seeing healing through the diet) He's on myspace as well there may be more info there. From what I can remember the school runs in 6 week sessions and he plans to keep it going for some time.

Nowisee, I seem to remember reading about the Travesser fellow I think he was in AZ while I was still there. Oh the fall out of evil breeding evil....
