for this forum. It is such a blessing to be able to come here every day and read the comments! I have not posted much here but do read every day. Colleen you should know that through this site, and Proclamation! that you are reaching untold numbers of people who are searching for some truth. Just today while reading some of Pauls words I came upon the following passage. Ephesians 5:6-11 New International Version (NIV) 6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient. 7 Therefore do not be partners with them. 8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light 9 (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) 10 and find out what pleases the Lord. 11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. Thanks, Kent! I love that verse, too. We really are not to sit quietly by and allow deception to go unexposed. Adventists need to know the gospel; they need to know that what they believe isn't biblical truth. And Christians need to know Adventism is not evangelical Christianity. Colleen | ||
