That was interesting! Adventists only know one word...Sabbath. They were creating such confusion and controversy, instead preaching Jesus. Terrible!
Thanks for posting Free2dance. You've wet my appetite to listen to Paul Carden's talk.

Thank you for posting this!!!!!!!!!

Thank You, God, for never-been-SDA Christians like Gary Inrig, Paul Carden. Phil Buber, Jim Valentine, Jon Rittenhouse, River and all others who believe us and CARE about those trapped in false gospels.

Thank you, Wiredog!

Oh, Carol--you will LOVE Paul Carden's talk! It's amazing...it's a call to Christians everywhere to draw a line in the sand. He says Christians should not cooperate in joint projects with Adventists, and he says repeatedly that Adventism is deeply heretical.

From 1960 to 1964 America sent military ‘advisors’ into South Vietnam and they would visit the head chiefs in the outlying villages to promise them certain benefits of seeing thing Americas way, the communist Russians did the same thing and that is one reason that it was called ‘A war for hearts and minds’.

The Russians sometime used force, if the old chief didn’t line up with Russia they would line up the chief and shoot his family in front of him. They were brutal in this war for hearts and minds.

Eventually this escalated until in 1964 the 3rd Corps got orders to ship and it had become a full blown war.

That is what Christians are in, a war for hearts and minds. We are in a war. War is a word that we don’t want to use, because people envision the weapons of war.
The difference is, instead of rifles and ammo, our ammo is the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Paul talked about this war in Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

In the video the people spoke of the need for training and the reason for that is that Christians have not taken the war for hearts and mind seriously, they just can’t get it through their head that Paul was serious as a sore tooth.

People think, “Well that was then and this is now.” But the war hasn’t changed since the ‘not many days hence’, when the 120 were told to wait right there in Jerusalem until they received power from on high which was the baptism in the Holy Spirit promised in Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:

The young man in the video seemed amazed at what they had been running up against, but this reminds me of the exact conditions in Vietnam from 1960 to 1964 as the war for hearts and minds played out, the only difference is that we are on a spiritual battle field and Christians are going in woefully unprepared for the dark spiritual forces they will encounter.

Another thing that America was unprepared for was guerrilla warfare, the communist North would infiltrate a village of South Vietnam that had been groomed by Russia, the people called the Viet Cong would fight then fade back into the country side.

Adventist are guerrilla fighters, they infiltrate, fight and fade, “Oh we are just like you.” Yeah, in a gnats eye they are.
The whole thing just looks like Vietnam all over again. The way Adventist are looks exactly the way guerrilla fighters fight a war.

The Vietnam conflict was finally declared an official war in 1964, but they hadn’t yet known how the war was to be fought, and later it became known as “The chopper war’.

The troops would be ferried out on choppers and at times they would land where the North was active and it became know as a ‘Hot LZ’ and get ambushed.
That’s exactly like the young man was talking about in the video, they would come into an area where the enemy was active and they got ambushed, the enemy bowing and scraping and all the time, their weapons hidden in the cache of Adventism.

“We just like you… love Amelica.” Yeah right!

Just like us in a gnats eye. When I first came to this forum in 2006 it would set off a firestorm when I called Adventism a cult.
“Oh no River, they’re just Christians! Our Christian brothers, the Adventists! I’m amazed at the flack I got back then. I never will forget when I wrote the weeping green pus post. People thought, “Where in tarnation did this guy come from?”
Well, God took me from a babe in Christ, sucking on the teat and threw me into a deliverance ministry to learn, then he threw me into the fire, and when I came here I just changed battle fields, but a battle field is a battle field and its all the same to me.

When are people going to wise up that nothing has change since Ephesians was written? A war is a war whether it is in Africa or here. The same spiritual forces are at work now as when Ephesians was written and the enemy is just as deadly.

“We are just like you.” Yeah and I’m the queen of England.
One thing the guy mentioned in the video was the crusades of the Pentecostals, that reminds me of the crusades of Philip, then Peter and John I believe it was, were sent to down there after him.

The spiritual war that is going on in Africa is a microcosm of the war that is going on all over the world, a war for hearts and minds.

What the Adventists don't realize, is that they are inoculating people AGAINST the gospel! They think they have accepted Jesus as their Savior just like real Christians. That's why they say "we're just like you!"

In reality, they cannot say they are saved. They can only say, "I hope to be saved." Right there is proof positive that they AREN'T saved. (Ellen White said that no one should believe that they're saved, so she reinforced that belief.)
They can't say they're saved, because they feel they have to "overcome with Jesus' power" in order to be saved and if there is something they don't overcome - say, coffee drinking - they believe that they'll be lost. They have no clue that when a person is saved, the person is saved and their sins - ALL their sins - not just their past sins; are forgiven. That's why the Bible can say that believers HAVE BEEN SAVED! Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5 and 2nd Timothy 1:9.

What a horrible situation that video talked about. Christians going about telling the good news and pseudo-Christian cultists following after and snatching the good news away! It really grieves me, both for the souls of the Seventh-day Adventists themselves and for the people. :-(
