I solicit your prayers on behalf of my 37-year-old daughter, Cheryl, who was recently diagnosed with uterine cancer. She will undergo major surgery next week in Omaha by a highly-specialized surgeon. The surgeon, during surgery, will find out if her lymph nodes are cancerous as well. She is very worried and upset about it. Truly, parenting never ends. Dennis Fischer | ||

I am so sorry, Dennis, and I am joining the prayer for your daughter. I understand her fears and yours, that is really a terrible and painful situation for all of you. Thank you for all your prayers. Christians truly need each other. My daughter's surgery is being delayed by two weeks because her surgeon had an illness or death in his family. Unfortunately, this delay creates added tension and uncertainty for her. Life in this sinful world is not always fair. However, God sees every tear that falls, and He answers when we call. I need prayers right now. God has not provided any out patients where I work. I have no outpatients at this time. I cannot get along on just my retirement and SS, so I need that money. He has promised to care to me. When he told me to retire I prayed a lot about it and He showed me many places in the Bible that all I had to do was ask. I have also asked God what He wants me to learn from this situation. I am sure He lets things like this happen to make me the person He wants me to be. So Thanks in advance for all you prayers.
