Thank you all for your prayers. Thank you Colleen & Denise for you words of wisdom. I have been doing well untill that night when I fell in to a moment of weakness. I thank you agian for your love and encouragement. God has set me on a path that I know I can walk with Him I just have to stop letting go of His hand for that is when I fall. While holding His hand I might stummble but I will never fall. Thank you all for your prayers again. May the Spirit of the Lord Guide you always Your sister in Christ Snow Dove. | ||

Dear Snow Dove, You have even a better Truth Spoken by our Lord Jesus. John 10:28-29 "My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; NO ONE CAN SNATCH THEM OUT OF MY HAND. Please pray for some SDA friends Sherri and Charlie. I sent them my testimony, the testimony of 2 pastors (who have been on this site), and the book "Cultic Doctrine". I sent them this in response to their sending me a Revelation Seminar CD Rom for Christmas. I had prayed that if God wanted me to share what I had found out, that they would send me literature for Christmas. Well they did, so in answer to prayer I have prayerfully written them a personal letter, and this information. Please pray for them and for protection from Satan's deceptive techniques, and the eye salve promised by Jesus. Thank you. Sherry | ||

Folks, I got another request. Some friends of mine though we don't talk often, just lost their little boy this month. She just e-mailed me today about it. It happened earlier this month. Their names are Todd and Lynette, and they have another son as well. Just please pray for them to be comforted during this time. Thanks. | ||

Oh, that's terrible. Every parents worst nightmere. It's so hard to know what to say to people in a situation so horrible. I will definately be praying for them. | ||

A month ago today, as well a young friend of my parents family, their son, a promising NASCAR future, as well was called to be with the Lord, may God be with this family as well. A young 20 year old, lost his life while snow mobiling (doing something he enjoyed, hit a tree). May the Lord be with the Senneker family. Joshua | ||

Please pray for my husband. He seems to have fallen away already. If you all read my story you know that we just got remarried in August. Sometimes I think he just got baptized to get me to remarry him. I don't want to judge. He has stopped going to church and we have 3 kids so taking them all is a struggle for me. They are also involved in awanas so this weekend I had to take them all to Alabama for competitions. I am thankful for my church home and my Sunday School class and I don't want to seem ingrateful for all that has happened in my life at all. I'm just feeling a bit overwhelmed. He has been working out of town for the past couple of months also, so basically I'm living the single mom life. Just pray that the Lord will give me strength and show me what to do. Thank you for your continued prayers for my friends who lost their little boy. God has been giving them much comfort at this time. They may be coming here for the weekend. If they do I just want prayers to minister to them as Jesus would have us to. I've been visiting that forum that Rochelle mentioned and am having a good conversation with a man named Gus. Please pray for that. I've also e-mailed a bunch of SDA friends 1) to invite the nearby ones to a Jews for Jesus Passover, and 2) to this forum for discussion. I know this, and maybe you've found this too - the more I reach out to be of help and grace in other's lives, sometimes the more attacks are from Satan. I'm experiencing that. And yet by God's good grace and spending quality time with Him, I'm clinging to His promises and in His strength more than ever before. I just know I'm doing what He wants me to do. Thanks for prayers, and just praise and honor Him. | ||

Sherry, You are doing a wonderful job on the SDA forum. I have been following along. I will pray for Gus and all of the others on the forum. May the Spirit keep guiding your responses and open their hearts. I like the emphasis on Jesus' work and the de-emphasis on the doctrines point, keep up the good work! Sometimes as formers, we tend to attack the doctrines, when really, the day of worship and eating is not relevant to salvation, except that it takes a precedence over Jesus and keeps people off of the main point-Jesus. You're really getting the Love of Christ across and I think that is our witness. If they get ugly, maybe I'll join in. ;) Sabra |
