Yes, I will be praying for him too. Just for a quick catch up with my sister-in-law, she is walking without crutches now and helped with the soup and chili drive for the Cancer Society last weekend. She is driving and will probably be able to go back to work in May, it has been a long four months for her, but she is back in church and seems to be adjusting as good as can be expected with the loss of sight in her left eye. God is still in control and it is like Jean said, she felt that this was God's way of maybe telling her that she needed to slow down some, she was full-time worker and student and burning the candle at both ends. Sounds like your son has a full load as well. Just remember what God tell us in Romans 8:28 and it will all work out for God's glory.

God bless,
Janice

Colleen, (please have Roy read this),

Roy, having met you, my heart melted to hear what has happened. So I wanted you to know that I'm praying for you, that our Father in Heaven will help you undergo the pain this brings on, and also that you will do well on your tests.

I also pray that you will realize God's Power to give you the comfort and peace about this, that you need. Also for your speedy recovery from this accident.

You are a child of God Roy, do not be disheartened. For God Himself is with you!

In Christ Jesus Name, these things I pray for you. amen.

Praying for Roy, what a bummer right here at the start of Spring! Not trivial at all!

6 weeks and you'll be back running! :)

Blessings,
Sabra

Pray that the Muslim world will see this war as Christ coming to set them free and that Alla is not going to deliver them nor give them victory.

Hi all,
I only pop on here from time to time, but I wanted to come and ask for special prayer for my husband, myself, and one other person right now. Our situation is extremely bleak right now and the Lord is really working. I don't know where He is leading, but I trust Him to lead. This is a very emotionally draining time and the future seems very certain as a result of recent developments I am uncomfortable sharing details of right now. I would ask that you include us on any prayer list you have part in and pray for us personally to come out of this unscathed and closer to Christ as a result. Thanks.

Dear Gracehound and your husband,

My prayers will go up to God in both of your behalf as well. I'll continue praying until we hear back from you that the Lord has taken care of this entire situation for all of you involved.

Father in Heaven. I pray for your Peace, Comfort and Leading in this situation of Gracehound and her household. In Christ Jesus Name. This I pray. amen.

Yes Gracehound, will keep you and your family in prayer.

Also, pls pray for my dear friend and co-worker, Suzie, who received word yesterday morning that her husband had just killed himself. She has two children, ages 15 and 17. They really need our prayers, as they do not from all appearances seem to understand the gospel or Christ's love and acceptance (even though they are "members" of a church that they've not attended in years.)

Thanks everyone!

Love and prayers, Carol

P.S. Sabra - God bless you for your determination and sincerity in praying for the Muslims. You are a very special person!

Denise,

I may get some harrassment for this but here goes:

I believe strongly that Christ bore our infirmities and by His stripes we were healed, were as in 2000 years ago. There ARE reasons some people aren't healed, I know this, however, it is NOT God's will for you to live your life in torment that is from the enemy! This is not from God and if you believe this and know who you are in Christ and what He died to give you on this earth as well as eternally, then please have a believing Christian pray for you and lay hands on you and annoint you with oil.

There are generational curses and things that just pass on from generation to generation until someone gets the revelation of who they are in Christ and rebukes it!

I prayed and asked the Lord for a scripture for you and this is what I turned right to in my bible:

Psalm 26
Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity. I have also trusted in the Lord; I shall not slip. Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my mind and my heart, For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes. And I have walked in Your truth. I have not sat with idolatrous mortals, nor will I go with hypocrites. I have hated the congregation of evildoers, and will not sit with the wicked. I will wash my hands in innocence; So that I will go about Your altar, O Lord. That I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all Your wondrous works. Lord, I have loved the habitation of Your house, and the place where Your glory dwells. Do not gather my soul together with sinners, nor my life with bloodthirsty men, in whose hands is a sinister scheme. And whose right hand is full of bribes. But as for me, I will walk in my integrity; Redeem me and be merciful to me. My foot stands in an even place; in the congregation I will bless the Lord.

My sister,
The Lord wants you in church. You need to be in His house with a congregation, praising Him and with a church family that can love and help you. He sent you a minister to your home to invite you to church, how much more of a sign do you need?

Father,

I lift Denise up today, Lord, and ask you to bless her life and her witness. She is doing a great work for You Lord where you have put her to care for the unloved as You did. She can not continue in this work as long as she is physically unable so I bind the spirit of infermity in the Name of our Lord, Jesus, who defeated Satan and his evil schemes 2000 years ago. I command you to lose this child of God NOW Satan in the Name of Jesus and proclaim that she is set free by the blood of the Lamb.

We thank you Jesus, for your mighty power and work in our lives and rest on your promises to give us long life that satisfies, in You,

In the Holy Name of Jesus,
Amen.

Denise,

Lord I pray comfort and strentgh for you in these trying times. I pray someone to come in your life and be near you so you need not walk this road yourself.

I thank God for your witness and pray that as you go for treatment that might continue even when you might not be aware of it.

In all things Lord we give thanks and we know that all things work together for them that love the Lord and are called according to His purposes. Lord we would lift our sister Denise up to you and guide her thoughts to your wonderful gift of life eternal therby freeing her mind from the perils of this earth.

In His Name I intercede for Denise, Carol

Amen Colleen, I think those strongholds have a lot to do with it. Denise, I am not diminishing your sufferring AT ALL. I know you are sick and sufferring A LOT, satan needs to be put in his place--out of your life! You are a trooper and you deal with these things very well and with great trust in God. I'm just saying Jesus died to give you LIFE and that more abundantly and I know He wants you to have just that. You are worthy in Him to receive it! Believe that!

Please pray for our 28-year-old daughter, Crystal Harding(our youngest daughter), who had gallbladder surgery this afternoon. She is too young for this type of ailment. About three years ago, she had a benign tumor in one of her ears. When they operated on her ear, they had to remove her entire inside ear (anvil, hammer, stirrup, etc.) to prevent it from growing into her brain. Fortunately, she still has one good ear. So, she has been subjected to alot of medical problems despite her young age. She and her husband, Mark, attend the First Evangelical Free Church with us most Sundays.

I have been uplifting your prayer requests during my private intercessary prayer time. Now I am asking you to all uplift my mother in prayer for healing. She is nearly 82 and as you all know even what would be a minor ailment for a healthy young person to a frail elderly person can be very devistating. She is very sick with pnomionia. I took her to emergency yesterday and she got some medicine. I will take her back to the doctor tomorrow. I have been spending the nights at her house so I can help her as she needs it. She is very weak and very sick.
