Hello everyone...

This is almost too hard for me to type out.

My uncle died this afternoon in an accident. He was riding a bicycle and a car hit him. He was 65.

He was my dad's brother, and was the closest to our family of all of our remaining relatives. :-(

Please pray for the whole family, including the sister who he lived with and helped out--it may be the hardest for her. He also has two grown children--a daughter and a son.

It all seems so unreal still.

He had given up Adventism and is with Jesus now--but some of the family is not saved, so please pray for their salvation, also.
Thanks so much.

Jeremy

What a shock this has been for you. I pray that you will find comfort in knowing that your uncle is with Jesus and that he has completed his service here on earth. I pray, too, for family members who are finding their way to Jesus. I pray for assurance now, and comfort in the days ahead.

I wanted to put this on last night but forgot to do so. My son's cat, Fang, has cancer. It has destroyed his right eye and half of his face. Tomorrow morning my son and his wife are taking Fang to the vet and they may come home without him. He sleeps most of the day now and my son does not want him to be uncomfortable, as he does not seem to be suffering right now. We all know pets are like family members and I had the cat in my home for 7 years. I missed him when I sent him to my son and just never thought he would die like this. I do not want him to go on like this and my son says it depends on what the vet says. If he thinks Fang can get well, my son does not want to put him down. It is a sad situation, as I think we should put him to sleep as his face is half gone.
Please pray for my son and his family and for me.
Thanks,
Diana

Fang was put to sleep today. It is very sad as we loved this cat very much. But the vet agreed that he should not go on as he was. I stayed home with my grandson when my son and DIL took him to the vets. They tell me he was purring loudly until the end. We will miss him. Thank You God for letting Fang be a part of our lives for eleven years.

Dear Friends,
Please prayer for my parents and siblings as they try to digest my letter. It is a difficult time for them as someone close(me) has in effect challenged everything they have held as sacred and unquestionable. And to my Father in heaven, thy will be done. Randy

Jeremy, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your uncle. We cam be thankful of the certainty of the promises of God, that he is indeed with the Lord, and I will pray for you and your family.

Sorry Diana about Fang, as it is always difficult to lose a pet.

Randyg, Also praying for you and your family. That was such a well written letter with a loving tone to it, but it sounded the clear and certain sound of the trumpet (From one trumpet player to another).

Please continue to remember Jeremy and his family in your prayers. The funeral for his uncle is tomorrow. I don't know for sure but they likely have traveled to be with his dads family at this time so pray for safe traveling for all as well.

Hello everyone,

Thanks so much for all your prayers. I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, no one in my family is able to make it to the funeral, due to passport issues (my uncle lived in Canada) and other things.

JD, now I'm curious to know who you are. If you want to, you can email me at whitemountainchat@yahoo.com -- unless, of course, you wish to remain anonymous, which is fine. :-)

Hi Friends,

My husband has asked me to request prayer for him. He is having extensive sinus surgery Thursday morning, and is quite nervous about it.

Thank you all,

Much love and prayers, Carol
