Chis,

It's worth a great deal ! ! ! I wasn't sure if I should say she was your sister online here but I'm very proud to be her friend. She truely does have a kind heart for Adventists and Celebration Center. It has not been easy for her and I've seen her in tears and great pain as she allows God to work through her.

It has ment much to me to see her Christlike spirit worked out in a very practical way. None of us in our group are looking for controversy or division for we seek Christ's "face" in all we do.

Having said that, I'm sure that as God leads there will be controversy and pain, but a pain like childbirth which brings forth a glorious "new birth". I don't know the actual shape of this "new birth" but I do know it's DNA and if we stay faithful to His voice we will be in a closer and more intimate relationship with our Savior.

In MY Father's Hands, (I'll share Him)

Richard

rtruitt@mac.com

I'll share publically what I can as we meet and worship. I know for myself I'm just trying to lay it all out and seek His will. It is a little scary. I've been in contact with a few here privately seeking their prayers.

Thank you for praying all. I did get clarity and peace about the situation. Someone suggested I read James 1, about my yes being yes, and no being no, and making a prayerful decision and just doing it. Not staying in a place to be tossed about by the waves. That was powerful to me, and when I followed scriptural guidelines, I felt great peace with the decisions.

2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Java,
Those are the same texts that jolted me from my "double life"! There is no better feeling in this world (though it is scary!) than walking away from bondage of living in two different camps into the freedom of resting in the arms of Jesus!

I am praising God for the peace He has placed over your troubled heart.

Dear friends i Christ

I ask for your prayers for Sweden and the SDA-church this coming week. 14-17 april there vill be a seminair in Malmo, held by David Asscherick, Nathan Renner and Scott Moore from the adventist ARISE institutet in the US. Pray the a true gospel will be presented. Pray that false doctrines about eschatology would not be spread among these young people giving them fear of the future. Pray that these young people would have a true experience of grace and rest, only by faith in Jesus, making them true ambassadors for a life serving Christ and his Kingdom. Pray that Mr Asscherick would develop into a clearer understanding of the gospel.

For the Kingdom

Dinolf

You have my prayers. I pray for each person who is seeking the real Jesus to meet the real Jesus. I pray that these youth will escape the confusion and find the peace that passes understanding.

Amen, for the Kindom!

Thank you for letting me make this request.

Tricia,
Welcome! I will pray for you and your step-dad as well! My dad is very ill also, with Parkinsons disease, so I know how difficult it is.

I will pray you have opportunity to share Jesus with him. I have spent a good bit of time reading the Bible to my dad. It seems to calm him greatly. Also, I made some tapes for him, with reading scripture, and also lots of laughs as my son (13) would mess up trying to read King James. His caregiver plays them for him, as we live a long way away.

Father God, Hold tricia and her step-dad in your loving embrace during this time. I pray that they will have the assurance of salvation, with the certainty of spending eternity together with You, and the peace and hope that follows.

Tricia,
You and your stepdad are on my prayer list.
Welcome to FAF. When things have settled for you, please tell us more about yourself.
Father in Heaven, You are the Great Physician. I come to you asking you to be with Tricia and her stepdad. You know what is wrong and know what is best. Hold both of them and their family in your awesome hands at this time. Let them know that you are caring for them and that you love them.
May your name be glorified in all things. God you are always so awesome.
Diana
