Re Carol
Finally have a plan. Bioposy on suspected brain tumor approximately two inches into brain and Surgery scheduled for early Friday AM. It is good news to be considered operable. Expected 7-10 days in intensive care, followed by hospital stay and rehab for suspected loss of function, degree unknown, on her left side.

Carol and Wayne are doing well, held by the Father, and the prayers of you all and many others. Carol is a blessing. We enjoyed some good praise and worship time this morning, with good music, we both fell asleep!

Nurses and Doctors have been much more attentive--God is calling his people up!

Please remeber to pray tomorrow, for peace, and safety for her family as they travel here.

Carol is very blessed by all your prayers. We loved the emails from the "lurkers" who never have posted on the forum. Didnt know so many were out there. We hope you join in the discussions here. Your prayers were inspiring.

Lori,
Thanks again. It is sounding a little more hopeful, and we praise God for that.

Lori,

Could we get a mailing address for sending cards and/or flowers to Carol? If not, we completely understand, but if we could, that would be awesome. Thanks again for taking the time to keep us all updated on Carol and her family. Please know that you are also in our prayers as you are providing tremendous support for her and her family. You are truly a God-sent blessing for the family.

Surgery for Carol is scheduled for tomorrow morning around 10:00 EST. Should know something by mid-afternoon. I will call someone to post an update. Carol remains strong in her faith and her witness. Please pray for me tomorrow, as I interact and pray with family and friends. We are praying for a miracle of healing, and ultimately God's glory. The peace of God surely passes all human understanding. Family arrived safely.

This morning I am bathed in peace. Im off to the hospital but I wanted to share a song God put in my heart all morning. We sing this song at Church each Sunday, and Carol and I are always overcome.

Navigation: D \ Delirious \ Majesty (Here I Am)

Here I am humbled by your Majesty
Covered by your grace so free
Here I am, knowing I'm a sinful man
Covered by the blood of the Lamb

Now I've found the greatest love of all is mine
Since you laid down your life
The greatest sacrifice

Majesty, Majesty
Your grace has found me just as I am
Empty handed, but alive in your hands
Majesty, Majesty
Forever I am changed by your love
In the presence of your Majesty

Here I am humbled by the love that you give
Forgiven so that I can forgive
Here I stand, knowing that I'm your desire
Sanctified by glory and fire

Now I've found the greatest love of all is mine
Since you laid down your life
The greatest sacrifice

Majesty, Majesty
YOUR GRACE HAS FOUND ME JUST AS I AM
EMPTYHANDED, BUT ALIVE IN YOUR HANDS
Majesty, Majesty
Forever I am changed by your love
In the presence of your Majesty.

(Emphasis His)

To ALL: Re: Carol,

I was sitting here at my desk at school, having just "escorted" the students out to the bus and was listening to music on my cell phone a few min. ago. The music muted and I looked down an saw it ws Lori on the phone. She had good news.

Carol is out of surgery but not out of the recovery room yet. They found it was a blood clot and does not appear to be a tumor.

Just to be certain biopsies of surrounding tissue were taken and the results will be returned early next week. As of now it appears to only be a blood clot.

She will be in intensive care for a few days, followed by time in the hospital for a week or so. No word yet of any long term effects of the blood clot or surgery. We need to keep Carol and her family and Lori and her family in prayer

Carol sounded tired and very relieved. She said it has been a time when she has seen the hand of God working in many ways. She is spending time this evening to pray and praise God for all He has done.

In His presence,

Richard

A major sigh of relief, and a prayer of praise to the Great Healer. I know that Carol will need to be cared for carefully, but All Praises to God for his benevolence.
