Taybie,

Just hand it all over to Jesus. Don't shoulder it. My anxiety attacks are gone and if anything comes close to overwhelming me, I sincerely pray that He will remove it and it does get removed.

I will pray for you as well.

Lynne

Taybie, after I saw Colleen's suggestion to read Hebrews 12 I went and read it myself. I was so blessed and encouraged. You are in my prayers that God will lift you up physically, mentally, emotionally and into His presence spiritually. He is awesome and loves you with the passion of a Father for His chiild.

In Christ,

Richard

Taybie,

I am praying for you too. God is so faithful and He will never let you down. If He did it would be the first time ever in the history of the world! My husband and I went through some really scary times for awhile financially, and when we look back on it now we are amazed at the way God brought us through and taught us some valuable lessons from it. Absolutely amazing things have happened.

The times I would get discouraged and feel like everything was going to fall down around us, the Lord kept whispering Proverbs 3:5-6 in my ear: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." That verse goes on to say in 7: "Do not be wise in your own eyes..." I needed to hear that to for the times I thought I should be able to handle it on my own!

I would never want to go through what we went through again, but it taught us to so completely trust in God that we thank Him for it. I love that even though the world is raging around me, I have a safe harbor to run to and rest and not have to worry. Taybie, you are safe in Jesus. You are His precious child. He loves you and will never, never leave you.

The report just came back from my mother's biopsy that the pancreatic tumor is malignant and there is also a spot on her liver, which has yet to be determined it's nature. This news comes two days before my brother's wife is expected to have her labor induced, so that my mother can see the baby before her major surgery next Tuesday. I don't know if the additonal liver spot will change the course anticipated with the surgery scheduled or not. It's just another unknown. We have a large family, and only one of her siblings is local. Her other closest sister is in Arkansas and she's not able to leave because her daughter-in-law just had a hysterectomy following her diagnosis of cervical cancer. We could all use your prayers

Susan2 has asked for prayer for one of her sons. He has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and tends not to take his meds, but then uses alcohol as self-medication. He has been arrested and jailed, and Susan is wanting prayer that the right arrangements will be made for his ultimate well-being. He stands a chance of being institutionalized in order to stay regulated.

I'd like to ask that we also pray for Susan to have peace and rest in God's faithfulness.
