Father in Heaven, you are the Alpha and Omega, the I AM and our Father. You are Susan's father and her son's Father also. Susan's son needs you so much, so I am asking that you go to him and talk to him and let him know how much you love him. Open his mind to you and all that you are. Let your love touch him in the depths of his heart and soul and mind. Be with Susan and her other boys. May they come to know you and love you also.
Father, you are so awesome and yet you love us humans so much. Thank you for Jesus and for loving us.

Susan, I am praying that God will direct you to someoneóperhaps at churchówho can direct you to the proper help for your son. I know we've talked about this before and you've mentioned it here as wellóhe needs to stay on his medication and to be under medical care. Sometimes the best way we can love our children is to do what they DON'T want us to do and to get them the help they need in order to live.

Praying for you, Susan...

I just want everyone out there to know how hard it is for children and older people who get picked on. My son has such compassion for those boys who shot up the Collumbine high school. He says so often how those boys just must have gotten to where they couldn't take being picked on anymore. And, my son is so very handsome. He's clean and he's neet. Yet, there is something about him that after people leave his presence they remember him as sloppy and dirty. He's not. I can't figure it out. Then they talk about him behind his back, rumors start and he gets picked on. It's a cycle. Please pray.

Dear praying friends,

About an hour ago I got word that Annie has been pushing the "envelop" again and it is possible she will be asked to leave from the Job Corp training program she is enrolled in. I've felt like I've been physically hit in the stomach. This is a pattern that has happened on several occasions when she feels she can manipulate the "system" or feels it doesn't really apply to her. As far as I can find out it involves "weed", at least it does not seem to be back to her previous drug of choice.

I've been praying for her as I know many of my friends have. I ask for your prayers now, not that she gets off and feels she has manipulated the system, but that she will know the grace of God in her life. She had just entered into the actual training this past week and it was wonderful to hear how excited she was when I talked with her.

I do hope that a way will open up that she can continue and still learn a lesson. Not sure how that will be ??

In prayer,

Richard

Richard, I will pray fervently for Annie. Believe me, I know the heartache and the love you have for her. Now, EMERGENCY PRAYER REQUEST!!! My son now says he'll go back to Ca. IF we can get one of our friends to pick him up from the airport or train station and take him to a motel. He is totally set against coming back to the area where he grew up because he gets into trouble there. It's never anything very serious but it just continues and he wants a change so bad. Please, pray that as I phone everyone I know in the area of Ca. where he wants to be that I will have someone say they will get him and take him to the motel. thank-you.

I just want to share with all my friends here that my husband and I are expecting our first baby! This is a huge blessing of God as we weren't sure we'd be able to have children and I just ask for your prayers that the pregnancy goes well, and that we will be equipped to be good parents :-) God is SO amazing! :-)

I have a prayer request. My grandchildren are 3 1/2 years old. Their lives are so extremely crummy that I just can hardley put it into words. I was wanting to be with them so they could do things and have a good time but my son and his wife have disowned me (or at least it seems that way) and I am not allowed to be with the children or have a relationship with them. My son and his wife DO NOTHING as a family unit with the children. Those children are being raised in a single parent home. Either their father while their mother takes off for months at a time back to her native country or their mother while their father is deployed with the military. They cannot talk. They have had their assessments for special ed but the parents are not sending them. Until recently they were still in diapers. The boy appears to have petit mal seziures but the parents just laugh and think he's spacing out thinking about things. The girl when she gets frustrated and overwhelmed with a situtation takes off all her clothing no matter where they are. Then she gets attention. I asked my youngest son several days ago why the parents aren't better parents. He gave me the anmswer that I would never have thought of but I think he's right. The parents didn't get the kids they wanted. My son, my grandchildrens father always liked playing rough and getting dirty as a kid. His little boy freeks out if a spot gets on him and he wants his clothes changed. He's gentle and almost delicate in his behavior. The girl just seems spaced out most the time. The mother has never taken the kids to a park, a playground or the beach even though all those are within a mile of their home. She watches soap operas in one room and puts videos on for the kids in another room. The father works until late every evening and even often spends weekends at his worksite or as now is deployed for five months. I just want everyone to keep these precious little children in your prayers. Thank-you.
