Francie,
Praying for your son and his family.

Lord, You know the situation and what is going on for Francie's son and family ... I ask now that You would come into that situation right now. Thank You for hearing this prayer, In Jesus' name, Amen.

He knows your burden and I believe as said in Hebrews He ever lives to intercede for us. I join you in agreement in prayer

Asking for prayer for my daughter (who has the prescription drug addiction)and her family....she is doing much better, still of course one day at a time. She has been clean for 6 weeks now.
Prayer request today is that they can find another house to rent (3 bedroom), they have two children, boy & girl. It needs to be HUD approved.Their landlord has given them notice that they have to be out by Jan 31. The eviction is due in most part to things that have happened due to her addiction and I think the land lord is tired of dealing with it, even though she is now doing better.

Thank you for your continued prayers for my daughter and her house situation. They looked at a rental house today, it is 3 bedroom, good location.....the only issue is to be HUD approved, the hot water heater has to be in an enclosed closet....and it is just in the open, in the kitchen. My son in law says he can do the work to enclose the water heater and the land lord will take some off the rent if they do the work. Please keep praying that this will work out for them.

Update on my daughter's rental house search....the land lord is not wanting to deal with HUD so she is going to have to find another place. Please pray that she will find a house that can be HUD approved. She is very stressed about this because if they are evicted by their current land lord, then they will lose their HUD, will have to be put back on the HUD list and wait another 6 months or so. In the mean time, they won't have a place to live...so anyway, please continue to pray.

My 36-year-old son may have to be incarcerated as part of the sentence for a felony conviction. Needless to say, my heart is so heavy it's almost numb and it's very difficult to type these words. I can't go into much detail here, but if anyone has any knowledge of the Colorado state justice system, would you please contact me at honestwitness@gmail.com? I appreciate your prayers.

I will remember your son in my prayers.
God knows your heart and your son's heart also. Some times being incarcerated brings a person to a place where they hear about God and what he has done for them. I say that because my church has started a prison/jail ministry. When I get the training, I will join it. We have services in the Clark County jails and have CR also. Thank you awesome God!!!

Please remember my son's step family in your prayers. His step grandmother died early this morning. His step family treats him like family. That meant a lot to me as my Mom mistreated her step children. Grandma Carmela and I got along very well and I have very fond memories of her. Tears are welling up in my eyes as I write this request. Thanks for your prayers.

Mary and Diana, thanks for your prayers. I had a counselling session last evening with a social worker in my city, just for my own comfort. It was very helpful. Still on pins and needles, though, until Feb 5.

I rejoice with you that God is moving on your behalf and keeping you secure in Him.

Praying Honestwitness and Diana...

I would also like prayers for my relatives. We celebrated my dad's eightieth birthday Saturday. He's a former Adventist who isn't any better off - he's an agnostic. An SDA brother was there who believes that people "shouldn't be so dogmatic." Meaning accept everyone's beliefs and not try to change them. I reminded him that I'd saved his life on two occasions - our mother told us, since we were young kids. I told him that I would like to save his life again - or rather the Holy Spirit would have to do the saving - his soul this time! I should have asked him if he would just stand by and smile if he saw someone driving down a road where the bridge was washed out.
Of the other relatives that were there, two were an aunt and uncle - my uncle has been instrumental in getting 3ABN broadcast into the area. Some of the relatives weren't SDA, but I don't know their spiritual states.
