Just to make sure everyone knows where I stand:

I don't hate anyone on this website. I love everyone. My human nature doesn't tell me to do this. My human nature tells me to fight, to defend myself and my perceived interests. But my Lord says, "Love your neighbor," and even more importantly, "Love your enemies."

So I am growing in grace and in knowledge of my Lord Jesus Christ.

Blessings to all,

Jude

Jude:

I hope you have no enemies to love here. I would hope we are all brothers and sisters in Christ. I do think THE enemy can influence our thinkig and actions sometimes, but I do not see this in you. I see in you, someone that wanted to help a lady in distress, much as I wanted to help about a year ago when I first made friends with her. I would have you help her if you can.

Gary: Beg pardon, WHO are you talking about? Patti? (Or Caitlyn?? if you know what I mean?)

With all due respect, you swooped in here with a pretty big chip on your shoulder which I for the life of me, cant figure out HOW it applies to ANYONE on here??

Enlighten me, please. :-) Not all of us on here lurk on the websites you've mentioned. Seems kinda odd to spread the unpleasantness to yet another forum which doesnt have much of anything to do with yours outside of not caring much for EGW to varying degrees?

All this meant friendly and just curious :-) Your probably more welcome here than I am, being a former SDA now agnostic, at least you still have your faith :-)

Allenette, Good to talk again!

Maybe you still have your faith, God will call it into service in His own good time. That's what He did with me.

I have not seen Cait in any forum for many months. Hope she is well. The enemy I was referring to above is satan. If you will read the archives of this forum page, that will tell you everything you need to know about people not getting along. It is unfortunate, but it is out of my hands. I cannot make people have a forgiving spirit. That issue is between them and God now. I forgive and forget all sins committed against me (early onset Alzheimerís helps-LOL). I am not perfect, and Heaven knows that for sure, but I do ask for forgiveness and I do give forgiveness with no strings attached. That is how we learn to accept the love of God, by loving His children. If we cannot love His children, we cannot love God.

"I would have you help her if you can."
And she has hoped the same for you.

"I forgive and forget all sins committed against me"
And she has offered the same to you - in writing.

Now that we know that both of you have said your appologies and offered forgiveness, we can turn our attentions against THE enemy.
Let's remember we ARE on the same side.

Now, has anyone heard from George lately? He is definitely under Satan's temptation to be bitter toward God. Let's not forget him in our prayers.

The SDA-EGW Historical Society

Lynn: I must have missed the post where "everyone" has asked for and granted forgiveness. Reread the posts and you will not see what you have proclaimed. Correct me if I am wrong. I pray I am wrong!

My guess is "George" is a name used by another person here that is in pain and not wanting to use their real name.

Yes, that what he said, that's why we need to keep him in prayer.

"I must have missed the post where "everyone" has asked for and granted forgiveness. Reread the posts and you will not see what you have proclaimed."
On another forum. Either way, it's time to move on.

So what do you think - is Christ really Michael the archangel incognito? What scriptures do you have either way?
