This sermon, by Dr J.Vernon Mc Gee is one of the best I have heard on this subject. Even though you may not still have unsettling feeling about the Sabbath issue, it is good listening material.

I wish there was a pdf to download it.

Enjoy listening.

Bmorgan,
J.Vernon McGee is still one of my favorite teachers. I am so thankful that he is still on the air. He is with the Lord, now, and in a way he speaks the true words of the Lord. It is amazing how relevant he is still today. Thanks for sharing.

That was a good sermon.
Last night I was looking at a Bible one of my girls recieved after going through some SDA meeting several years ago and in the back were HMS Richards notes. It seemed sad, but typical, that there were several pages about justifying the Sabbath, but only short passages about grace.

Bmorgan,

Thanks so much for telling us about that sermon. It was great! Every SDA needs to hear it. :-)

Wasn't it great how he said, "The Sabbath day was nothing but a photograph!"?

I also liked the way he flat out said that the literature he received (SDA, no doubt) about the Catholic church changing the Sabbath to Sunday was not true.

I will listen to it when I get back from vacation, sounds interesting.
