Just to take a break from all the hurricane news and all the other negativity out there, Did you all see that terrific emergency landing at LAX yesterday? I was glued to the TV praying for that crew on Jet Blue. But how perfect does perfect get? Right in the center of the runway.
Imagine being a passenger for over three hours not knowing for sure whether you would get off the plane alive! Imagine the thoughts. Would it be easier to endure that anxiety knowing your eternity was secure in Christ?
But what a great event to remind us all of God's goodness in guiding that well trained pilot to safety!

Yes I saw that. It was so awesome!!!

God definitely had a hand in that one, and a good pilot too!

Me too. That airline is owned by the Mormons.

We prayed for them as well. Thank the Lord. And that front landing gear remained firm, although twisted, and never collapsed! Amazing!

An angel's hand? I wouldn't doubt it for a second.

I saw it on the news last night. The emergency crews were out at the runway hoping for the best and anyisipating the worst. Thankfuly, none of the emergency crews were needed. That pilet deserves an award. I hope when I fly I get a piolet with that piolets expertise.
