Decision magazine (Billy Graham) has a delightful and very inspiring interview with John Piper, famous for the book "Desiring God". Piper says "that when we are awakened to the beauty and reality of Christ we develop a taste for God's glory--and our hearts delight in Him." As we approach Easter, the meaning of the death of Christ, and what it means to live victoriously in Christ, what it means to be justified freely by His grace, and to face trials and temptations in His strength. Stan, I recently bought John Piper's devotional book "Taste and See". It is so good. The theme of "taste and see that the Lord is Good" is prevelent throughout the book. I, too, am deeply inspired by John Piper's passion and zeal for God. Patria |
