I received an email stating that 3ABN is off air with Sky Angel. This is the announcement on 3ABN's website. I'm wondering if anyone here knows anything more about this? "Sky Angel does not have a channel available for 3ABN at this time. Please join us in prayer that this problem is resolved soon and 3ABN channel may be restored to the package of TV channels. Please donít call them or us until we make any further announcements Thank you" Something is up. Does anyone know what? Freeindeed | ||

3ABN is off the air because the previous owner of Sky Angel has died and his daughter has taken over. After a transponder failure, she has chosen to not put it back on the air...perhaps this is a breach of contract. She does not like 3ABN. Anyway this is what I heard. | ||

Dennis, Look at the post by Blacksheep again. Do you really think that is the best news you have heard all week? 3ABN is off the air because the previous owner of SkyAngel has died and his daughter doesn't like 3ABN. You probably meant that the good news is that 3ABN is off the air. But I grieve for that daughter losing her father, and somehow associating a story like this with great news may need a second look. I know you probably did not mean it that way, but that is what struck me. Stan |
