I consider the prayer chain a VERY IMPORTANT thing for us formers. So I move it every so often so that newcomers will not miss it. Here is what the prayer chain is about.
WEEKLY PRAYER CHAIN-FRIDAY AT SUNDOWN AND SATURDAY AT 1 PM PT AND WHAT EVER THE CORRESPONDING TIME IS IN YOUR TIME ZONE.
This is to let all the new people know about the prayer chain.
The prayer chain is important to each of us, as this is when we pray together for our loved ones still in the clutches of the SDA church/Satan/EGW.
The first time we pray is Friday evening at sundown in our own time zones. The second time is Saturday afternoon at 1 PM, PT, 4 PM ET and what ever the time is in your time zone. On Saturday we pray as a group, even though we are scattered. But God is still in the midst of us and hears our prayers.
Here is our list of who we pray for:
1. All SDAs from the GC down to the smallest church in the world.
2. All unchurched members. All the agnostics, atheists and unbelievers who are former SDAs.
3. All those who are coming under the influence of SDAs through such things as the SDA friends,Revelation Seminars and baptismal classes.
4. All Christians who think SDAs are just another Christian church.
5. All those writing on R/S, Spectrum, CARM and similar sites.
6. All SDA children who are being exposed to The Clear Word for Kids and other distinctive SDA doctrine that is not Biblical.
7. We pray for each other, that God will use us to teach others His love and about what Jesus did for each of us and that the Holy Spirit fill us.
8. Dirk Anderson and the hassle he is receiving from the White estate. That God will be glorified in what ever happens and that Adventism will be exposed for what they really teach.
9. If God wills we have another reunion next year.
We are physically separated, but spiritually we are one as we pray and God is in the midst of us, with the Holy Spirit taking our prayers to the Father. What a group we are connected with. It could not get any better, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
Matt 7:7 Ask and it will be given you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. v. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and the seeker finds, and to him who knocks it is opened. Berkeley Version, Modern English Bible.
We will be asking, seeking and knocking on Friday and Saturday, and in our daily prayers, for all our requests and God does hear us and answers us. That is a promise and God keeps His promises.
Join us at our prayer times Friday at sundown and Sat at 1 PM, PT. I look forward to all of us praying at the same time. God is receiving all these prayers at the same time. He is answering our prayers in ways we cannot see, at this time.
Our God is awesome.

Do not forget the prayer circle. Read details above. Join the rest of us formers and other interested parties as we pray every Friday at Sundown in our own time zones and Saturday afternoon at 1 PM, Pacific time, 4 PM East coast time and the corresponding time in your time zone.
God hears are prayers and is answering them. Oh, How AWESOME He is with His answers.

Diana, last Friday evening I was thinking about praying with you, but I was praying with my SDA husband at sundown. I didn't feel it was appropriate to pray aloud for all the things you mention above, but they were and are in my heart.

Interestingly, my husband prayed something that kind of makes me uncomfortable. He asked God to move in the lives of all our loved ones, bringing them closer to Himself. But he used the phrase, "Lord, we give you license to work in their lives." I didn't say anything to hubby about this, but I wanted to. How in the world can he think we can give our Sovereign God license to do anything? All we have is given to us by HIM!

Hubby and I will probably be on our knees together again this evening, praying at sundown. In my heart, I'll be agreeing with all of my former SDA friends, but trying to be respectful to my dear husband by keeping my mouth shut.

I pray for my husband that the Lord will sanctify him by His truth. His Word is truth! (John 17:17)

Honestwitness,
Your husband is praying as he has been taught, but at least you two are praying together. I know that your prayers are being heard by God when you are praying with your husband and that is the most important thing. You husband is on my prayer list. God knows what you are going through and your desire to respect your husband. Keep on prayingl
Father in Heaven, you are the I AM, the Creator and I am so thankful for that. I come to you at this time to bring Honestwitness and her husband to you. Hold them in your awesome hands. Send the Holy Spirit to teach both of them. And God, being her husband to you, that he will know that all he needs is Jesus. Thank you for Jesus anhd thank you for the Holy Spsirit. Thank you God for answering this prayer. You are always awesome.

I'm praying with you Diana. Thank you for your commitment to this ministry. Let's watch God move mightily in His answers.

I would appreciate everyone's prayers about a citywide SDA convocation being held in the Kansas City area tonight and all day tomorrow. Nationally recognized SDA speakers and musicians from around the country flew in today for this event. My husband is heavily involved and is there even now, with hundreds of SDAs, listening to sermons, music, and fellowshipping together.

Many friends will be asking hubby why his wife is not by his side this year, as she was last year. Many will undoubtedly be praying for me, now that I've "apostatized."

Please pray that I will be given wisdom and grace to know how to respond when SDA friends call or write to tell me they miss me. Several have done so over the past several months.

Thanks to you all for your prayers.

Praying for you HW.
Please pray for me for this next week. All my brothers and sisters are unchurched SDAs. I will be going on a cruise, to Alaska, with the eldest sister and part of her family. Those who have been on here for more than a year know about this sister. So, please pray that I will represent Christ in all I do, say and act.
God is good and we will have fun.
God, you are always awesome.

Melissa, it's being held at Unity Village. The Kansas side SDA churches chose not to be involved in the group of representatives from the KC area churches that's putting it together.

Diana, I am praying for you that you will be a transparent vessel that Christ shines through to your relatives.

By the way, what do you mean by "unchurched SDAs?"

Unity is a beautiful place, if you've never been there, but it seems odd that's where they would chose to go. It is, afterall, a 'self-actualized, spiritualist' religion itself.

Honestwitness,
An unchurched SDA is one who still hangs on to something about adventism, but does not practice adventism in any way and do not go to church, etc.
The sister with whom I went on the cruise is not an unchurched SDA as she rejected it a long time ago.
