I don't know how many of you are familiar with Myspace.com, however if you are, there is a SDA forum in there in which I have engaged in many discussions about Adventist doctrine. Obviously as a former Adventist my posts were not well received. However, I am blessed to have found this forum. I am new here and just reading and skimming through the posts, but it looks as though I found my home away from home here.. If you are a forum lover like myself, then please feel free to join me on the SDA forum if you would like. | ||

Hello JMan! Welcome Aboard! You have come to the right place. You will truly find a family here. This is a group who will roll up their collective sleeves and give you the support that you're looking for. I know, because that is what they have done for me. We'd love to know about your journey. I decided to leave SDA less than a year ago. I've had so much to (re)learn. The folks here have been patient with me and answered my questions each time as if I were the very first person to ever ask them. They, and a telephone-based Bible study group that I am blessed to participate in, have been my lifeline as I have become confident in the Free Gift of Our Lord. I do love this search and I enjoy the forum format. I post at CARM as well as here. Perhaps I'll go exploring one of these days over on Myspace and see what you guys are doing over there. I believe that Diana made a post about it just recently. We "meet" for prayer at sunset (wherever you are) on Friday evenings and at 4PM ET (change that to your time zone) on Saturday afternoons. Welcome, Jman! I also look forward to reading more of your story. You are definitely among friends here. Regarding MySpaceómy greatest foray into that arena was checking out the Ellen White blog on MySpace. Some joker posted her picture and set up a homepage for her, and quite a few college-aged SDAs were posting there. I'll check it out for the Adventist forum.
