Thank you so much for this link, this will remind me when things get hard to be thankful.
The story also brought back memory of my Grandson today and I must call him.
My Grandson, Brandon, had a friend who was Quadriplegic, he pushed him everywhere and took care of him all through high school, denying himself his own freedom for the sake of his friend, not for money or any such thing but because he cared for his friend.
Three years ago at high school graduation, there was Brandon pushing his friend out to the football field where they received their honors. They had plans to attend University of Washington together that fall but one month before start of college that fall we received word that Brandonís friend had passed away. My Grandson graduates next spring with his masters in teaching. Both he and his friend received many honors at high school graduation but what strikes me most about my Grandson was his love and devotion to his friend.

I read this story in the news section of my Netscape news. I cried when I read it.
River, It sounds like Brandon was raised how God wanted him raised. I do not blame you for being so proud of him.
