My God, You've chosen me, You've called me; With Your Spirit You've sealed me. You're my Savior, my Redeemer, God! You have renewed my heart. I bow my knee in prayer; I know You hear my voice. Alone, I'm lost--without hope Works and law and deeds do not atone; I'm justified by faith alone! Being close to you, always on my knees, a humble tool for Your glory. I turn my eyes to You, also when it's hard. Help me, Lord, to run the race! "Who knows whether you have not attained royalty for such a time?" (Esther 4:14) I know that in You I will abide -- You've promised, You will be my guide. To listen to Your Word and, Lord, obey Your will; I need Your grace, I need Your wisdom. My ways and my desires I entrust to You.
