This is a praise to God for caring for me through the past year. He has kept me healthy. He has kept my appetite under control so that I lost weight and my blood sugar level has come down, so I do not have diabetes. I still work at the job I had last year and still enjoy it. He has provided many friends from church, from my Bible studies and from you folks here on FAF. I have a wonderful son, dil and grandson and sisters and brothers, of my blood family, who love me. And today I am one year older, but like a fine wine I am better because Jesus is now my focus. So I praise God and thank Him as He is so AWESOME. Thank you God for all your blessings. Diana | ||

Timmy, flyinglady means I have 60+ hours of flying lessons and I am a lady. I never got my license. It is a long story. But IF I had the money, I would complete the lessons and still get the license. Lori, I did not buy dangly earrings as I have a lot of them, but I did get an original pearl necklace with bluish pearls. I have some earrings to match them and they are dangly. I bought them a year ago. God lets me treat myself well, as long as I do not forget Him and what He wants me to do. Diana | ||

What I forgot to put in the post to start this thread is that I turned 66. I was driving a 5 speed car, with good reflexes until it gave out on me. I still work as an occupational therapist and transfer patients when I need to. I get help if the patient is to heavy for me, but so do the younger therapists. God has been very good to me and I am so thankful. He is always awesome. Diana | ||

Dear Diana, What more blessed gift to realize consciously; the gift of God's grace, revealed in His own Person in Christ Jesus, the adoption into God's own Family as a sister of Jesus Himself and the FATHER's own daughter for Him to love and discipline, admonish and teach via your own personally assigned Teacher (Jn 14:26) the Precious Holy Spirit; the transcending union with Christ Jesus dwelling, by faith, within you, and the beautiful fruits of His Spirit being manifest through your words, actions, smile and motives in your new regenerated life in Christ.
