Pheewww! It's been a few months since I've been able to eek out some posting time on here! I wanted to say thanks to all of you who back in February prayed for my husband and me. We are doing great, although we still have bumps a long the way. So our marriage is stronger but we are both grappling with serious spiritual issues. Me, the whole sda thing, my husband, with just being burned out period. I have told him I believe his burnt out feeling comes from sda theology but he is not so sure, although open to the idea. I've asked that he read my ratzlaff books, etc, but he can't bring himself to do it right now. He claims he "doesn't want to go down that road" as he already felt he messed himself up with eastern philosophy books (which he's thrown away). It's almost as if he just wants a break of sorts. He is still not praying although he claims he's no longer mad at God, which is good. SIGH. I just keep praying for him, and for us. Anyway, just wanted topop in and say hi...I want to ask some questions on easter and some other things and hope to find the time this week. I have been reading Jerry Gladson's book and finding it very interesting. Thanks for your prayers! | ||

Hi, Tami! I've been wondering about you and your husband. I have been continuing to pray for you both and will continue to do so. I'm glad to hear about the progressóthrowing out those books is definitely a good step! I'll pray that he will have a hunger for the word of God and will come to know Jesus as His own Savior. Hi Tkmommy, Read your post earlier just as I had to head for church to practice for Sunday night service, am on the worship team playing guitar.
