I just received an email from my close almost SDA friends in VA. I say almost SDA because they are in the process of having their name removed from the books of the SDA church. The husband tells me that Greg Taylor's book really influecned him. He also wants to know if there are formers near where he and his wife are, how many people have left the SDA church and a bunch of other questions. He has been receiving Proclamation for some time now and he wants a reunion on the east coast. Can't blame him there.
Just had to put this here to make sure everyone saw it as I have been praying for this friends ever since I decided not to be rebaptized.
I read his email with tears in my eyes, because I am so happy. As I type this, more tears are in my eyes.
Just wanted to let you know, PRAYER DOES WORK MIRACLES. These folks are my age and God has made a change in them. HALLELUJAH!!! PRAISE GOD!!! God you are always so AWESOME.

In his email, the husband told me he was receiving Proclamation even when I lived in Manassas, VA. So I cannot get all the credit. Colleen and Richard get some also. Ultimately, God gets all the credit as each of us are doing our part for God. So I praise God. There is hope for anyone we pray for. It is all done in God's time. He is always so awesome.

Actually, the "credit" goes to Dale Ratzlaff! He was doing Proclamation editing until the middle of 2004. Probably your friend purchased a book from Dale and thus began receiving Proclamation.

Praise God!

This reminds me of something I thought about on the way to work this morning. Tomorrow, May 3, is National Prayer Day here in the US. We need to come up with a special time to all pray the prayer that our "prayer warrior coordinator" :-) keeps updated for us.

What about 5 PM Pacific Time, 8 PM East Coast time and what ever the corresponding time is in your time zone.
Okay?? Tomorrow, National Day of Prayer. I am all for it and Thursday is my day off.
What an awesome God we have to provide such support for each other.
