Yup, Gilbert, you've done it again, I think that quote is destined to become a classic. I need to use that on all my correspondence to corporate headquarters, I know they will believe me, fact is I will just give it to my supervisor the next time he comes down this way to hand carry back,can't trust fax machines with a gem like that, I know he will want to cuff it to his wrist.
