So I am still getting the emails from the local SDA church and one came in today one buying this DVD series at half price!!!! What a bargain, not. However I was just wondering your thoughts on it. What is the point of it? Is it the same old, same old SDA doctrine of the Sabbath? Just asking cause my children are still caught in the SDA church and no doubt in my mind they will eventually view it, either through a borrowed copy of the church showing it as a evening series. Is the SDA church by any chance getting desperate to maintain its hold on the people maintaining the organization of it? | ||

There is a more than good chance that the 'GC' is worried about the declining active membership base, at least in North America. However, IMO, adventism is a FEAR based religion; So what better reason than to send out all the propaganda they can to "Beat & Keep" the 'sheep' in line? Especially when they use the "Sabbath" as the the hammer ? ~mj~ |
