Foofighter,

I am actually in the process of writing TWO books. One on my own and one with three co-writers on the 9th Edition of "Lying for God," a book exploring the absurd ins and outs of the Adventist Sabbath.

Plus, I went through four major surgeries since September 2014 because of stupid athletic stuff I insisted on doing, when someone my age should have given up such silliness long ago.

Mine aren't from old age. They are from plain stupidity.

I had a compound fracture in my foot from skiing, and just kept skiing the rest of the season, using my ski boot as a "cast." Because I was favoring that foot anyway, I then tore my rotator cuff in my shoulder, and blew out the other hip socket.

Res,

I really look forward to both of the books you are working on. The "Lying for God" work has been a great addition to expose the truth about Adventism. Can't wait to see the new edition.

I hope you are healing well. Keep us posted.

Foofighter, Your comments, "I don't think I've ever seen anything like it. He comes across as hard, cold and almost reptillian (snake like?). He looks very wooden, emotionless. I see NOTHING that looks like joy, love, or peace. Even when he smiles it looks painfully forced," are accurate from my perspective, too. In fact, I used to have the same reaction to his father, N. C. Wilson, who was GC president before Folkenberg.

They look--well, your words sum it up.

Foofighter,

We have undergone a truly-massive revision of Lying for God. As always, when it is finished it can be downloaded free. We would LOVE to share these new chapters with Proclamation magazine (hint, hint Colleen)

It has 8 brand new chapters, including what I believe will go down as THE definitive analysis of the God-ordained Jewish Court system and its strict application of the 7 Noahide Commandments to the Resident Gentiles living in the land of Israel. I have placed my entire legacy of 25 years of practicing law at issue. It is my 20 page legal Magna Opus. This was MUCH more intense legal analysis than I deployed in the 400 felony jury trials and 5 capital murder trials that I participated in. It has painfully drawn out my best.

I believe it once and forever absolutely demolishes ANY possible argument that Christians should keep the Sabbath, or ever did.

Additionally, we will have chapters analyzing Ellen's outrageous lies about the Protestant Reformer's views on the Sabbath, and how Adventism in no way is a "continuation" of the Protestant Reformation; How Adventist hospital policies inadvertently demonstrate Adventism's tacit agreement that Jesus's healings blatantly violated the Sabbath; Ellen's outrageous falsehoods about the Ecumenical Church Councils, the nonexistent presence of the Pope, and their non-existent "pressing the Sabbath lower and lower;" How Adventism's Sabbath Fetish created a curious moral blind spot that led it to pay just lip service to the slavery issue, actively participate in German aggression and genocide in both world wars, and the Rwanda Genocide. Additionally, I have analyzed Catholic Canon Law, and the insurmountable barrier it presents to the Pope and Rome participating in an alleged National Sunday Law.

Res,

This ALL sounds phenomenal. I can't wait to read about all the issues you address, especially your Magna Opus on the Jewish system, and the Noahide Laws for the Gentiles living in the land.

My heart aches for the SDA's in the pew, the people who are so deceived. Then, I swing to total aggravation with the blindness they seem so willing to embrace. I want to see those walls broken down so badly, so they can be free in Christ. For me, as for all of us here I'm sure, I've grown so much in seeing what Christ and the Gospel, really means to a believer. To actually being born again. I also realize that the HS does the awakening, but I think He uses us to plant seeds of truth.

Thanks for you hard work. I can feel the passion you have for exposing the deception that has wreaked so much havoc in the lives of many SDA's, and that totally twists the Gospel that is the Crown Jewel of the Biblical story.

Res,

I forgot to ask...is there an approximate time frame for the "Lying for God" edition to come out?

What is your book about? You may, or may not, want to talk about that yet. If not, no worries.

Foofighter,

Yes, this is a "labor of love." Our sole goal is for Adventists, somehow, some way to find the Gospel from our pitiful scribblings. We are guessing that it will be out in two weeks.

Everyone involved thinks it will be a blockbuster.
