I decided to share a funny little incident that may bring a smile.

I live out in the country near a little creek. Often critters have visited me. Lately, I have found small frogs showing up in the furnished basement. I have no way of figuring out how they are coming in - except I think they are making their way down the chimney to the basement.

These little critters are about 2 inches long. I grabbed one that was by the fireplace with Kleenex and flushed him down the toilet. That evening I saw a little frog trying to climb out of the toilet bowl. I had to flush the toilet twice before the little bugger released his suction feet from the toilet bowl and went swishing down. The next morning I went into that downstairs bathroom and what should I see perched on the toilet seat, but a little frog breathing heavily ... as if he had swum back through the pipes. I believe it could be the same frog. He was perched on the rim of the toilet seat. Again, I threw him back into the toilet bowl and flushed. Low and behold the critter showed up again in that bathroom. I'm sure it was the same frog. This time I grabbed him with kleenex and tossed him out the back door. I have not seen a frog in that downstairs bathroom since.

I'm sure there is a good object lesson here -- I'm still thinking on what it could be

I am glad you decided to have "mercy" and put the
 little frog, "back into nature!"
